This was a value-add property in the heart of San Antonio, TX. Our client bought this property and we were able to do a complete exterior renovation for them to significantly enhance the appeal.
Sometimes we will find hidden damage under old siding. We always communicate any potential change orders with our clients and find ways to problem solve when additional issues come up.
