Project Summary
his was a value-add property in the heart of San Antonio, TX. Our client bought this property and we were able to do a complete exterior renovation for them to significantly enhance the appeal.
Notes:
Sometimes we will find hidden damage under old siding. We always communicate any potential change orders with our clients and find ways to problem solve when additional issues come up.
Project Scope
- Replaced all vynil siding with fiber cement siding and trim
- Full exterior paint scheme change
- Added 1×4 cedar accents to patios and railings
- Added all new gutters
- Total bldgs: 33
- Total units: 208
