We were able to complete this project in a timely manner within our client’s budget. From start to finish we had a dedicated project manager to maintain clear & effective communication with property management and the ownership group. Below you can see some photos of the project.

Replaced all damaged T111 siding, trim and fascia
Rebuild brick walls
Rebuilt patios and balconies with 1×4 horizontal cedar
Built new wood perimeter fence and stained
Changed exterior paint scheme
